C Type Portable Manual Rockwell Hardness Testing Instrument Dial Reading with Large Testing Space

Simple Introduce:

1. It is used for rapid testing of extra-long, extra-thick, extra-heavy, shaped and assembled equipment parts that cannot be tested on a bench-top machine, and for testing finished and semi-finished heat-treated parts of all shapes and sizes.
2. The instrument can test flat or curved workpieces, as long as the workpieces can be clamped and the tested surface is perpendicular to the indenter.
3. It is used for production inspection and acceptance inspection, and can replace the less accurate Impact Leeb hardness tester.
4. Accurately test large moulds, forgings, shafts, tubes and other large metal parts. Tests heat-treated workpieces that are annealed, normalised, tempered, quenched, carburised and induction hardened.
5. Small indentation, faster test speed, can be used as non-destructive testing for piece-by-piece inspection of finished or semi-finished workpieces.
