Product introduction:
MPV-830 advanced automatic vacuum cold mounting machine with features of built-in vacuum pump, high vacuum, automatic moving mounting mould, automatic filling cold mounting material. The whole process of mounting 8 samples, vacuuming many times, keeping vacuum and degassing was completed by one key.
By eliminating the air in the sample and the cold mounting material, the liquid mounting material fills the gap in the sample, eliminating the gap between the sample and the mounting material, so as to realize the close combination of the sample and the mounting material. The sample is also well protected and supported during the grinding and polishing process.
