Screen Instruction:
1. Turn on power system will into catalog interface
2. working Interface
The four indicator lights can indicate the status of Axis, forward, backward and pump respectively. It shows the locked position of the feed axis, spindle speed and cutting speed. There are five buttons at the bottom of the screen, forward, backward, water pump, zero (clear) and return buttons.
Forward button to drive the feed axis to cut the workpiece at the movement. The back button drives the feed axis to move in the opposite direction. The water pump button turns on to cleaning water pump. Zero button to clear the current position data to zero. The Back button returns to the catalog page.
3. Setting Interface
In setting screen, you can set the spindle wheel speed, pointing / jog speed, cutting stroke, cutting speed, forward distance, backward distance, and interval time. Direct continuous cutting and impact pulse cutting two modes can be selected, and save the cutting parameters. The machine can save the set cutting parameters.
4. Alarm Interface: All alarm time, content all can display in this interface. Door not close well, motor overloaded system will automatic alarm.
